We all need an insight into our body's requirements for the summer ahead. This healthy eating course discusses breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas as well as snack-type fillers. Learn about juicing, smoothies and pro-biotic beverages; healthy fats, proteins, carbohydrates and nutrients. 

Course starts at 9.15am and includes infusions and mineral water, and lunch from some of the mornings dishes. Ends at 3.30pm and take home some of the day's cooking and all notes and recipes.

Aged 23 he arrived in London straight from the kitchens of Belgian cult-legend in De Wulf. By 24 his restaurant Portland held its first Michelin-star. 

The evening includes some of Merlin's signature dishes, packed full of flavour and inspired by nature, each course accompanied by paired wines. While you enjoy coffee, tea and petits fours, Merlin will make his way through the carriages to greet you - a perfect chance to acquire some top tips.
