Vicky joined parent company Vision Marketing in 2001 with crucial experience of being Front of House and Sales & Marketing Managers in some of the UK’s leading country house hotels. She has added to her skill-sets with her passion in IT, channel marketing and operations experience in launching loyalty projects to an in depth experience of the customer journey and customer fulfilment. She launched Design Restaurants and the Luxury Restaurant Guide with Tessa and overlooks all aspects of the organisation as well as Sat NAV.

He also bring 15 years’ experience as a Customer Services Manager across a range of technology industries and businesses in the private and public sector. Highly motivated with a successful results driven and change management background he brings advanced procedures, protocols and professionalism to the role…and a lot of fun.

Henrietta brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the fine dining sector. Ex-PR & Marketing Director to Cliveden House Hotel, prior to joining us she ran her own marketing consultancy specialising in luxury hotel and restaurant brands, so she understands what both restaurants and clients value and expect for their mutual benefit. Her background of nearly 18 years in marketing include management roles with Tourism Australia, Burson-Marsteller and Accenture. She returns to our team after a hiatus living in Singapore and raising her young children, and loves being back in the work environment!
