Kutir - "A small cottage in the middle of nowhere". Kutir's story is taken from a time when innovation with ingredients was paramount. Chefs were expected to craft unique dishes on a daily basis to keep the cottage's guests happy. Rohit Ghai and Abhishake Sangwan have led some of the country's most decorated establishments - Jamavar, Bombay Bustle and Gymkhana - earning a Michelin star in the process. Kutir is their first solo project. It takes inspiration from the stories of India's wildlife and countryside, drawing influence from their early careers working in luxury properties nestled away in India's forestry. Regional and seasonal, Kutir's menu is a celebratory feast of Indian history, offering a range of Expedition tasting menus as well as a full a la carte menu.
